The Zhoa Council area is characterized by a rich tapestry of ethnic groups living in harmony. The two main ethnic groups within the Zhoa Council are the Tikaris and the Mbororos (Akus).
In addition to these primary groups, the area is home to a diverse range of other clans, including Mmen, Zhoa (the ethnic group), Ngun, Menkaf, Esu, Buu, Fang, Mundabili, Munken, Marshi, Abar, and Aku.
These diverse ethnic groups coexist peacefully within the Zhoa Council, engaging in social and professional interactions on a regular basis.
