The following documents must be provided:<\/p>

– Photocopy of the husband’s national identity card;<\/p>

– Photocopy of the wife’s national identity card;<\/p>

– Photocopy of the husband’s birth certificate;<\/p>

– Photocopy of the wife’s birth certificate;<\/p>

– Photocopy of the national identity card of the husband’s head family;<\/p>

– Photocopy of the national identity card of the wife’s family head;<\/p>

– Photocopy of the national identity card of the husband’s witness;<\/p>

– Photocopy of the national identity card of the wife’s witness;<\/p>
